Its true every player with a decent attitude and english (atleast they should understand what we say) deserve a chance to be vks, but hackers are given one final chance to chage themselves if they remain honest, similarly people who rage too much are also given a chance if they are willing to change themselves.
But trusting a person who joins in one clan and leaves it without any reason is worse than trusting a reckless hacker.
