personaly i don't know about what is evade calling nd how it works. therefore i couldnt prove my innocence meanwhile it should be the some kind of rule breaker things with Negative equipment or vice city mods

Well getting back to your apply headcross try to come in irc and try to chat with admins find out why you were banned in the first place.
When I got banned I never came into XE till I was unbanned, but you were ban evading (you were playing even after being banned, evade means escaping/ dodging something in your case you dodged your ban) that resulted in your subnet ban which has made things worse for darkangel and speeddemon too.
