• The player should be active at forums( for discussion) and IRC(for chatting among clan-mates) when you are free after the in-game activities.

• The full VK member will be the person who cares for the team-mates.

The above qualities are rated above skills.

• The player should concentrate on improving their teamwork.

• The player is the new recruit or starter in the clan.

• The player should communicate decently with other players and have good attitude.

• The player should try to get adapted in the clan.

• Skills are not important here because it can be developed any time.

The player will learn the actual fun in teamwork here.

Normally you will be selected as a VKs if you have the requirements and then according to your activities in the Clan you will be promoted to the full VK member when you get all the requiered qualities in you. The full VK members will surely be helping VKs in attaining these qualities.
